Seed crackers
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups sunflower seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
2,5 tbsp physillium husk
2,5 tbsp almond meal
1 tsp sea salt
2 cups water1/4 cup chia seeds
course Himalayan salt or seasalt
1 1/4 cups sunflower seeds

2,5 tbsp almond meal
1 tsp sea salt
2 cups water1/4 cup chia seeds
course Himalayan salt or seasalt
Directions
Mix everything but the chia seeds and coarse salt in a big bowl. Let it stand for about an hour, it will be come a thick paste.
Put oven at 200F.
Put parchment paper on two large baking sheets and pour out the paste. Smear it out to a thin layer.
Sprinkle with chia seeds and course salt.
Bake for about 1,5 h
Let them cool off and gently separate from parchment paper and break into pieces.
Store in airtight container.
