Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
1 banana
1 cup berries (I like blueberries or raspberries)
1 cup greens (spinach, kale, etc)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 cup coconut water (or regular water)
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp maca

Directions
Add to blender and blend!If you are using fresh fruit, you may want to put a couple of ice cubes in to thicken it up.
