When I turned 40, that’s exactly how I felt. All of a sudden, my “get up and go” got up and left

– coffee didn’t cut it. It felt like my body was done for, and I had no idea what to do about it.

My Digestive Issues Started Long Before Then …

Ever since I was young, I have always had trouble with my stomach. I spent most of my years relying on tums, and even then… everything I ate caused my body distress.

I can’t really remember a time when I wasn’t bloated or struggling with constipation, and I was at a loss for what to do about it.

For a long time, I assumed this must be a painful part of life that everyone dealt with.

It Just Kept Getting Worse.

My gut problems persisted and as I got older, became far more disruptive to my health and life.

By the time menopause was creeping up on me, I was honestly afraid of what was next… would I need to live on the toilet?

That fear might sound silly, but it led me to start taking a real and honest look at my life, and my diet. Something had to be making me feel this way.

All it took was a bit of research for me to see what I needed to see.

It was the food I was eating.

That profound realization is why I spent the next several years in school for functional health coaching, working my body out of the mess I made of it, and discovering freedom and balance I never knew I could have.

Now, as a Board-Certified Functional Health Coach, I have the passion, experience, and knowledge to help you achieve your health goals and kick those gut issues to the curb for good.
