Bean Salsa

1 can Black Beans
1 can Pinto Beans
1 cup Corn
1 cup chopped Tomatoes
1 Green Pepper
1/2 cup OnionDressing:
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tbs. balsamic vinegar
1 tbs. cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp cayenne
handful fresh cilantro

Mix together beans, corn, onion, pepper.

Mix together dressing ingredients. Pour over beans.

Serve with tortilla chips, wrap in a taco shell, or make into lettuce wraps.
