WELCOME TO THE CLUTTER CLEAN OUT!
I know it’s bewildering to think how much our world has changed in such a short time. The revolving door of new information that we have to absorb on a daily basis is creating a lot of uncertainty and angst. At times we may even feel powerless.
If you’ve been feeling like this too, I hope you’ll consider joining me for the Destress Your Life Clutter Clean Out. I wanted to offer something of value that would not only clean up our physical surroundings, but also help us all get a handle on our emotional well-being.
When we’re faced with clutter from one end of the house to the other, it causes us to feel stressed even if we don’t realize it. Take a visual inventory of your home. Is there clutter everywhere you look?
It doesn’t take much for our physical environments to get messy. And if we look pretty closely at what’s been going on in our lives lately, chances are that’s messy too.
Want to breathe easier? Feel happy when you enter the spaces you spend the most time in?
Monday, APRIL 13th marks the start of our next group Clutter Clean Out (this program can also be done as a DIY). Plan on having tons of fun as we lighten our lives and clear some space together.
Together we’ll be setting goals, holding ourselves accountable to getting things done, and taking small steps throughout our time together.
Let’s create some structure in our day, free up some space in our rooms and bring our emotions back to a state of balance.
Imagine less clutter in your life, and peaceful, stress-free surroundings. And the best part – it’s only $10!
Action Steps should include:
A COMMUNITY WHO ENCOURAGES YOU AS YOU AND THEY MAKE CHANGES

This does not include:
- Meal plans
- Weight loss
Minimalism, clearing space, and decluttering are all quite popular right now, and there’s a good reason for that. Clearing away and decluttering your space can help to eliminate stress.
There have been many studies that show that visual complexity has an effect on our feelings.
We react to sensory stimulation. Sensory information comes from sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell. Any of our five senses can be over stimulated.
The important thing to understand in your home is our stimulation threshold. That is how much is too much or not enough. Reaching a healthy balance is important.
We are limited to the amount of information we can process. We can experience overload in a cluttered space. This overload causes stress.
