I wasn’t eating healthy at all and was constantly struggling with so many gut and digestive issues. I tried cleanses and fasts and anything I could find. Nothing worked. I hated how I felt – tired, bloated, and unable to digest food properly. I didn’t even have the energy to play with my fur babies!

It was time to make a change. After much research, I found out just how powerful food is. 

I made an effort and made the changes. I saw how well it worked in my life. I wasn’t bloated, tired, and experiencing any of the issues I had before. I wanted to help others make these changes and feel better so I became a Certified Functional Health Coach with advanced certifications in gut and hormone health!
