Lean and Luscious Meatloaf

Amazing Veggie Burger

*1/4 cup oatmeal
*1 Tbsp dry onion
*1/2 tsp sea salt (I prefer Himalayan)
*1 egg
*2 Tbsp whole flaxseed
*1/4 cup ground flaxseed
*1/2 cup ketchup (organic is best; make sure no high fructose corn syrup was added)
*1 tsp Braggs’ Liquid Aminos
*1 pound lean grass-fed ground beef
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.
Rub some coconut oil into a loaf pan.
Put mixture in loaf pan, topping with a (optional) light coating of organic ketchup and whole flaxseeds.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 1 hour covered, then remove cover and continue baking for another 10 minutes. Let stand for 5 – 10 minutes before serving.
