PASTA SALAD FOR LUNCH – FUSSY KID
Cooked penne pasta, enough for 1 serving
Coconut Oil (1/2 cup)
Garlic powder, salt, parmesan cheese, and pepper to taste
Baby carrots, bite size slices, uncooked, enough for 1 serving
Celery leaves, finely chopped
This is a no hassle recipe. Change or vary the amount of oil, the vegetable, add apple slices, or change the pasta depending on preferences – even gluten free and high protein pastas work.
Mix it all up and put in a Tupperware container.
