Here is how
THE SPRING DETOX ~ ELIMINATION DIET works:
Your program consists of three phases including:
PHASE 1
Pre-Detox/Prep 4 days
During Phase 1 (Pre-Detox) which lasts 4 days, you will start to reduce coffee, processed foods, and foods you do not see in the program. During this phase, you will begin to change your mindset and prepare to eliminate foods. Look at what foods are included in the program. You will see a Do Eat List and a Do Not Eat List. Review your materials for the next phase and start to prepare for Phase 2. I suggest printing out your suggested meal plan, and shopping list, and prepping your kitchen for success.
PHASE 2
Detox/Elimination Phase 7 days
During Phase 2 (Detox) which lasts 7 days, we remove foods that are shown to hamper weight loss, and common allergens and increase foods that hydrate, regenerate and support your body to naturally detox. Refer to the Do Not Eat List for Phase 2. This part of the program lasts 7 days. During Phase 2, write down if you notice a reaction to food on your plan, also notice how you feel at different times of day.
PHASE 3
Reintroduction Phase 7 days
During Phase 3 (Transition) which lasts 7 days, we add in foods, and foods you do not see on the list for Phase 2, allowing you to see how your body reacts after you have cleansed for 7 days. Take time after each meal to write down how food or emotion affects you during your day. Be conscious of your breath while you eat. Be in tune with your body.
